Abstract
Coconut root cake is a traditional cake from the Betawi tribe. Named the coconut root because the shape of the cake same as a real coconut. This cake is usually provided during the holidays especially the Eid al-Fitr. In this business planning I want to create the appearance of coconut root cake by providing a variety of colors, with the hope of attracting the attention and attention of customers. This coconut root cake is a home product which in its distribution will cooperate with some cake/snack shop that exist in Jakarta area. From the analysis of several aspects, this business is feasible to run.
