Abstract

DYAH PRAVITA SARI. 2015. 8143154207. Analysis of Handling The Letter With Control Card At Head Office PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero). Study Program of Diploma Office Administration. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. The scientific reaserch paper aims to find out how to handle the letters with control card system at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Head Office. The method used in this reaserch was descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through an observation and literature review. Based on result of this reaserch we found that the control card did not handled well. It can be seen from buildup the control card and storage of the control card was not effective and efficient. Thus the solutions of this case are optimization of employees in archival unit and then improved the storage for the control card.
