Abstract
INTAN TRIANDANI. 2015. 8143154999. Analisis Sikap dan Kepribadian Sekretaris pada PT. ASABRI (Persero). Program Studi D3 Administrasi Perkantoran. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The aim of this scientific paper to know the attitude and personality of secretary at PT. Asabri (Persero). This scientific paper employed a descriptive method with collect data by observation and library. Result of this paper can be known that need who has a good attitude and personality in helping the work of the leader and maintain the image of a secretary. Therefore, the authors suggest to develop the attitude and personality of the secretary. With the development of personality and secretarial attitude is expected secretary can meet three requirements as a good secretary Key Words : Secretary, Attitude, Personality, Task, Role
