Abstract

AFRIANI HABIBAH.8105142718. The Influence Of Adversity quotient And Self Efficacy On Entrepreneurial Intentions Of Office Administration Education Students State University Of Jakarta. Study Program of Office Administration, Faculty Economy, State University of Jakarta, June 2018. This researches purpose is to find the influence adversity quotient and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions Of Office Administration Education Students State University Of Jakartab either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is survey method with correlation approach. Data collection using questionnaires. Total population in this study were all students of Office Administration Education Students State University Of Jakarta, amounting to students. With an affordable population of students of Office Administration Education Students State University Of Jakarta angkatan tahun 2015, amounting to 72 students. So the samples of the 62 students of Office Administration Education Students State University Of Jakarta angkatan tahun 2015. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partially significant influence between adversity quotient and entrepreneurial intention. Can be seen from the results of data analysis, that showed of tcount 16,161 is greater than the value of ttable 2,0017. Meanwhile, the partial self efficacy is also a significant influence with entrepreneurial intention, this can be seen from the analysis data, its seen from showed tcount 14,690is greater than the value of ttable 2,0017 . Adversity quotient and self efficacy effect simultaneously to the entrepreneurial intention. Can be seen from the result of data analysis showed that value of Fcount 177,775 is greater than the value of Ftabel 3,15 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Coefficient of determination (R2) between adversity quotient and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions 86%. Result of hypothesis test yield conclusion that adversity quotient and self efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.
