Abstract

The Effect Of Learning Facilities And Family Environment On The Learning Outcomes Of Office Technology Lesson Among Tenth Grade Office Administration Student At Hang Tuah 1 Vocational School Jakarta. Script. Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of learning facilities and family environment on the results of learning office technology at students in SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta. This research was conducted for five months, from February to June 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study were all students in SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta, amounting to 821 students. Its reachable population is the class X Administrative Office SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta, amounting to 120 students. The sampling technique used is a random technique proportional, then the sample in the study of 89 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the analysis requirements test, the data has been normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on classical assumption test, multicolinearity test showed that Tolerance value of learning facility and family environment was 0.731> 0.1, and VIF value was 1.368 <10. While the result of heteroscedasticity test through Spearman's rho test, the significance of learning facility 0.935> 0.05 and family environment 0.992> 0.05. Furthermore, the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 1.924 + 0.298X1 + 0.421X2. Based on the hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. first, based on result of F test then (Fcount> Ftabel), that is equal to 12.455> 3.10. Second, based on t test result then (tcount> ttable), that is learning facility equal to 2.001> 1.988 and family environment equal to 2.870> 1.988. Based on the determination coefficient test, learning facilities and family environment simultaneously affect the learning outcome of 22.5% while the remaining 77.5% influenced by other factors not examined. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect between learning facilities and family environment on the learning result of office technology in the class X student of Office Administration at SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta. The lowest sub-indicator of the learning facility is the laboratory. Therefore, schools should pay more attention to the laboratory so that no more equipment or computers that do not work properly so that students do not have difficulty in teaching and learning activities. While in the family environment variable with psychological indicator, the lowest sub indicator is a harmonious relationship between family members. Therefore, parents are expected to create and establish good communication with children, so that children feel comfortable to discuss and facilitate parents in giving encouragement, attention and sufficient guidance for children in learning activities.
