Abstract

RESTI UTAMI, 8105142676. The Effect of Achievement Motivation and Students Participation in Learning on Learning Achievement at Grade X Students of Lebak Bulus Vocational High School Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of Achievement Motivation and Students Participation in Learning on Learning Achievement at Grade X Students of Lebak Bulus Vocational High School Jakarta. This research was conducted from March to June 2018. The research method used is survey method. The research population is student of Lebak Bulus Vocational High School Jakarta a number of 301 students. With affordable population as much as 99 students. The sample used in this research is as many as 75 students by using proportional random sampling. The data of variable Y (Learning Achievement), X1 (Achievement Motivation), and X2 (Students Participation in Learning) are the primary data by using Likert scale model. Data analysis technique using SPSS 22.0. The result of F test in ANOVA table yield F count equal to (271,446) > F table (3.12), this means X1 and X2 simultaneously give influence to Y. Test t produce tcount X1 (12,872) > ttable (1,99) And X2 (4,521) > ttable (1,99), then there is influence X1 on Y and X2 to Y. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is influence Achievement Motivation and Students Participation in Learning to Learning Achievement. The results of research have multiple regression equation Y = 44,033 + 0,256 (X1) + 0,254 (X2). Test of coefficient of determination with value of R Square is 0,883 so to know value of coefficient of determination 0,883 x 100% = 88,3%, that means variable X1 and X2 contribute influence of 88,3% to Y and 11,7% the rest influenced by other factors not included in the study.
