Abstract

KHANI GILANG RAMADHAN. The Influence of Companies’ Size and Audit Committee Moderated by Reputation of KAP on Audit Delay. Faculty of Ecomonics. State University of Jakarta. 2018 The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the influence of companies’ size and audit committee moderated by reputation of KAP on audit delay. The samples used in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample used in this study were 125 companies selected using purposive sampling method. This study used the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) regression model. The result of this study was that the size of companies and audit committee negatively influenced audit delay. Reputation of KAP did not moderate the companies size and audit committee on audit delay. Keywords: Companies’ Size, Audit Committee, Reputation of KAP and Audit Delay
