Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size on Dividend Policy. This research is a quantitative approach research. The sample of this study is a Manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2015 period using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect, while the size of the company has a negative but insignificant effect on dividend policy in Manufacturing Companies on the IDX for the period 2013-2015.
