Abstract
The Internship Report at the Division of Human Resource & Administration, central office PT AmTrust Mobile Solutions Indonesia, South Jakarta from July 12, 2018 – September 10, 2018. Majoring of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The goals of internship aims to add insight and knowledge, train skills and competencies through the world of work later. During the internship the task was to recapitulate employee absences in the Operations Department; do one of the recruitment processes by using e-mail as a liaison to selected employee candidates; make a payment requisition in the link about disbursement of funds; preparing to fulfill the work needs of employees (ATK, medicines, and kitchen needs); checking employee claims every month. From this internship, the practitioner can find out how to manage human resources at PT AmTrust Mobile Solutions Indonesia (TecProtec).
