Abstract
The Internship for Internee aims to add experience and train ourself to the preparation of competition in the world of work later and to gain insights that are not obtained during the lecture. Internee implement the Internship at the division of Human Capital unit of Learning and Development PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. The tasks that are given to Intern during Internship include: Helping training program (Management Trainee and Pharmacy Trainee), Recapitulating evaluati- on form of vendor and trainer, Finding information of vendor and trainer for training program.
