Abstract
internship report at Customer Satisfaction Management Division PT Bukalapak Pejaten Raya Street Kav.15, RT.06/RW.05, Pejaten Barat, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, 12520, 26 March 2018 – 31 July 2018. S1 Management Program Department of Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of internship for internee is to add the experience and to improve my capabillities in preparation for competition in the world of work later and to get insights that are not available during the lectures. The internee’s job are learning how the Customer Satisfaction Management work’s in PT Bukalapak, processing the data of Bukadompet/Bukadana user & verify the data. From the implementation of internship, internee knows how PT. Bukalapak capture & bind Bukalapak user with Customer Satisfaction Management
