Abstract
Internship Report at Litigation Division of PT Adam Damili & Partners, Menara Batavia, Jl. K.H. Mas Mansyur No.02, Karet Tengsin, Central Jakarta City, Jakarta Capital Special Region 10250, Jakarta January 15 - March 16 2018. S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The purpose of the Field Work Practice (PKL) for the practitioner is to add experience and train themselves to work later. Practicing the Field Work Practice (PKL) at the Com Finance Division at PT Adam Damili & Partners. The tasks given to the practitioner include: Calculating the tax payable and reporting the SPT of Personal Income Tax and / or Corporate Income Tax Return, Carrying out payment processes within the company, checking the tax invoice document, and preparing the data and documents needed during the appeal and appeal process.
