Abstract

ESTER CHRISTIANTY. 2018. 8323154982. Analysis of The Enterprise Risk Management in Bank Mandiri Corporation (PERSERO). DIII Accounting Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work is motivated by the awareness of banking companies in addressing the various risks faced by banking companies in the future. To assess and make decisions to minimize these risks, banks have risk management. This risk management has the task of assessing risks and informing these risks to the board of directors. Based on that, a research is conducted on how to assess risk management in assessing risks and how management makes decisions in minimizing these risks. The method used in the study is quantitative-descriptive analysis where researchers conducted observations and interviews at PT. Mandiri Bank. The results of the research conducted are overall PT. Bank Mandiri has implemented risk management very well in accordance with applicable procedures, but that does not mean there are no obstacles faced by PT. Mandiri Bank.
