Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of financing of buying and selling, profit sharing, capital adequacy ratio towards the profitability (ROA) Islamic Banking of Indonesia and Malaysia periode of time 2011-2015. The sampel in this study is 20 (50 observations) Islamic Banking of Indonesian and Malaysia. Unbalanced panel data regression model used in this study. Resulted from this study, financing of buying and selling has no significant on profitability (ROA) in Indonesia and Malaysia. Profit sharing has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) in Indonesia and Malaysia. Capital adequacy ratio has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) in Indonesia, but has significant effect on profitability (ROA) in Malaysia.
