Abstract

This research conducted to describe service quality, price, brand image and examine the influence of service quality, price, brand image of customer satisfaction users of online transportation Grab (study of students at FE Jakarta State University). Methods of data collection using the survey method with instrument in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever shopped or transactions conducted at least two times or more within a period of 6 months from the time of the study. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The data analysis tools using SPSS version 18 for processing and analyzing research data. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that:(1) the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 and tcount of 5.933, (2)there is no influence of price on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.077 and tcount of 1.780 (3) the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 and tcount of 7.443,
