Abstract

SUKMA IRAWAN. The influence of Earning Management, Intellectual Capital Disclosure and Ownership Structure to Cost of Equity Capital Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation Sector Companies Registered on the IDX. State University of Jakarta. 2019. Cost of Equity Capital is the rate of return desired by the provider of funds, both the investor (cost of equity) and the creditor (cost of debt) and deals with the risk of investment in the company's shares. This can be influenced by several factors including earnings management, intellectual capital disclosure and ownership structure. This study using secondary data in the form of data obtained from annual reports and company financial reports Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation Sector Registered on the IDX and the measurement assisted with Eviews application version 8. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Earnings management has an effect on costs equity capital. (2) Intellectual Capital Disclosure affects the cost of equity capital, (3) Institutional ownership does not affect the cost of equity capital, (4) Managerial ownership affects the cost of equity capital.
