Abstract
REDINTA PRAMESWARY. 8105153222. Influence Of Field Work Practices and Self Efficacy Of Working Readiness For Class XII Students in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University. 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of fieldwork practices and self-efficacy on work readiness of class XII students at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. This research uses secondary and primary data. The method used by researchers is a quantitative research method with multiple regression analysis. In sampling, researchers used a random sampling technique of 119 students. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous fieldwork practices and self-efficacy affect work readiness by 54.3%. There is a positive and significant influence of street vendors with work readiness of 4.557 more than 1.98 table and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy with work readiness of 10.831 more than t table 1.98 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that fieldwork practices, and self-efficacy affect good job readiness simultaneously or partially. Suggestions given by students should better prepare themselves to enter the workforce because of the higher competition in entering the workforce.
