Sabila Adinta Bidari. 8323165358. An Analysis of Local Own-Source Revenue (PADes) towards Public Welfare in Bojongkulur Village Before and After the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). D3 Accounting. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. In recent years, the Government of Indonesia has made numerous fiscal policy changes to enhance its rural economy, most notably is encouraging the village to immediately establish Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). The existence of institutions BUMDes directed to contribute to the improvement of Local Own-Source (PADes), so the village is able to carry out the development and improvement of people's welfare more optimally. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Local Own-source Revenue (PADes) in Bojongkulur Village before and after the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in order to know how's the impact towards public welfare. This study is expected to be beneficial to Bojongkulur Village Government in managing the local potential that can be empowered, especially the traditional market that existed. The study is done at Bojongkulur Village in sub-districts Gunung Putri. As informants in this study certainly people who are directly involved and understand and can provide information about the Local Own-source Revenue (PADes) in Bojongkulur Village before and after the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). The results of the study indicate that BUMDes indeed attract large increases in Local Own-Source Revenue and greatly affect the welfare of the community.
