Abstract

SEFI AMALIA AGUSTIN. 8323164731. Analysis of Environmental Activities and Costs in Realizing Green Accounting in BUMDes Setia Asih. Accounting Diploma 3 Study Program. Faculty of Economy. State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this scientific work is to apply environmental accounting to determine how the garbage bank business maintained by BUMDes Setia Asih preserve environmental sustainability, especially in Setia Asih Village. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative based on the result of interviews and internal dcuments of the garbage bank business unit of BUMDes Setia Asih. The result of the study concluded that the garbage bank business unit of Setia Asih BUMDes had not recorded financial statements in according to with applicable accounting guidelines. The garbage bank business unit only records cash in and cash out to find out the income earned and the costs incurred in the operations of the garbage bank. In addition, the garbage bank unit of Setia Asih BUMDes has also not implemented environmental accounting by classifying activities and costs related to the environment.
