ABSTRACT Rizky Ramadhiansyah. Internship report at Human Resource Development Department PT Tirta Varia Intipratama (Distributor Air Minum Kemasan), D.I. Kedoya Street Kav.1 West Jakarta 11520, July 16th - September 8th 2018. S1 Management Program Department of Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. The Purpose of internship for internee is to add the experience and train yourself in preparation for competition in the world of work later and to get insighs that are not available during the lectures. Make a test schedule and interview, make recapitulating interview and enter candidates databases, input employee data into the HR System database. From the implementation of internship, internee knows how the system Human resource management in PT Tirta Varia Intipratama (Distributor Air Minum Kemasan).
