Abstract

Miftachuljana, 2019; The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity (The Case Of Pt Artolite Indah Mediatama), Skripsi, Jakarta: S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: To know 1) The description of compensation, work environment and employee work productivity of PT Artolite Indah Mediatama, 2) Influence of compensation on employeework productivity of PT Artolite Indah Mediatama, 2) Influence of work nvirinment on employee work productivity of PT Artolite Indah Mediatama, 4) The research model of compensation and work environment in predicting employee work productivity of PT Artolite Indah Mediatama. This research was conducted on 126 employees of PT Artolite Indah Mediatama. The techniques of data collection used interview and survey method by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS 22 program. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that there is a positive influence and significant between compensation on employee work productivity, there is a positive influence and significant between work environment on employee work productivity, and research model of compensation and work environment can predict the employee work productivity of PT Artolite Indah Mediatama with Fcount> F table (42,678 > 3.07) and significance (0,000 < 0.05). The adjusted R2 value or coefficient of determination in this research amounted to 0.401 or 40.1%. This shows that compensation and work environment can predict significantly the employee work productivity at PT Artolite Indah Mediatama by 40.1%.
