Abstract
ABSTRACT ASEP KURNIAWAN. Correlation Between Psychological Contract Violation with OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) at employees PT. Pamindo Tiga T, Jakarta: Script, Jakarta: Concentrations of Education Administration Offices, Educational Studies Program in Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2012. This study aims to determine the relationship between Psychological Contract Violation on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior). This research was conducted over three month from October to December 2011. The research method through correlation approach. the study population is an employee of PT. Pamindo Tiga T, Jakarta. Sampling technique is simple random technique proportionately (Proportional random sampling) with a simple size of 78 employees. The instrument used to obtain data on the X variable (Psychological Contract Violation) and variable Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) was measured using likert scale. Technique of data analysis began by looking for simple regression equation and obtained the regression equation 130,85 - 0,777X, while the test requirements of normality test error analysis of the estimate regression of Y on X with liliefors test obtained L count 0,054 < L 0,100, this means samples come from populations with normal distribution. Test of significance and linearity of regression using Analysis of Variance table (ANOVA) obtained from the equation of the regression equation F count 28,02 > F 3,96 stating significant regression and regression linearity test that produces F count tabel 0,97 < 1,71 F indicating that regression model used is linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis testing is done by formula Product moment yield of -0,519 r this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Test of significance with -5,29 and t xy table -1,67 because –t , then from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between psychological contract violation with OCB at PT. Pamindo Tiga T. test of coefficient of determination yield of 26,94% KD. This means that employee is determined by performance on the psychological contract violation of 26,94%, then it can be concluded there is negative and significant relationship between psychological contract violation with the OCB of the employee.
