Elisyah Febriananda. 2020. 1704517048. Analysis of Fund Investment Management for the Old Age Savings Program (THT) at PT Taspen (Persero). D3 Accounting Study Program. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research was conducted at one of the state-owned insurance companies (BUMN), namely PT Taspen (Persero) with the aim of knowing the investment management of one of PT Taspen's programs, namely the Old Age Savings (THT) program starting from the type of investment and assessment of investment management, which is conducted. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis method with the type of data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports owned by PT Taspen from 2014-2019. The results obtained in this study were the funds owned by the THT program that came from the participant's premium payments every month. The funds are managed and placed or invested in various types of investment instruments, namely investment in stocks, mutual funds, bonds, Asset Backed Securities Collective Investment Contract (KIK EBA), sukuk, medium term notes (MTN) as well as deposits and investments that are sold or purchased from related parties and third parties. In addition, the company also makes direct investments in several companies, investments in associates and investment property. In this study, researchers analyzed investment management using the calculation of Yield On Investment (YOI) and the Investment Adequacy Ratio (RKI) based on the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN PER-10 / MBU / 2014. The results of the YOI analysis for the THT program are that for 2015 it gets a weight of 8 with good criteria, while for 2016 to 2019 it gets a weight of 10 with very good criteria. For the RKI analysis, in 2015 to 2019 it received a weight of 10 with very good criteria, which means that the results of fund management carried out by PT Taspen's THT program through investment are able to pay the benefits of participants appropriately. The Advice given to PT Taspen (Persero) to have an investment platform that is managed under PT Taspen itself, not to buy or sell from outside parties.
