Fadhilla Dessyana Putri. 2020. 1704517021. Analysis of Company Financial Performance Using the EVA and MVA Methods in State Construction Service Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. D3 Accounting Study Program. Faculty of Economiccs. State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted at state-owned construction service companies (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the aim of knowing how the financial performance is using the EVA (Economicc Value Added) and MVA (Market Value Added) methods. The method used in this research is quantitative method using secondary data types. Secondary data is in the form of financial reports for the 2014 – 2018 period. The results of the study show that the financial performance of BUMN construction services companies with the EVA method for the 2014 – 2018 period produces a positive value, while the financial performance of the Construction Services company produces an unhealthy value so that the capital value secured is greater than the company value. The advice given to BUMN construction service companies is to always strive to create added value for capital owners, in order to achieve the goal of maximizing value and increasing capital. Then the advice for investors is to be more careful in choosing companies that want to invest, so that the return on capital is as expected.
