Abstract
Alya Nurrima Syifa; 2020. The Effects Of Regional Government Expenditure on Education and Health Towards Human Development Index In 10 Districts of East Java Province Period 2015-2019. Economic Education, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. This study aims to determine health budget, education budget, and minimum wages towards human development index in 10 districts of East Java Province. The data used in this study are secondary data, data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, United Nations Development Programme, etc. The secondary data obtained consists of data of regional government expenditure on education and health and data of human development index. In the span of 2015-2019. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the results of the regression equation is obtained Y = 62,68 + 1,64 + 0,13. And their has probability lower than 0,05 which are have an influence on dependent variable. Keywords: government expenditure, human development, panel data
