Abstract
EGA DEVITA HASAN. 2020. 1703517026. Analysis of Letter Handling Procedures at PT Insurance Build Askrida. D-III Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work was written as an introduction to the Letter Handling Procedures at PT Insurance Build Askrida in order to find out the stages in it. The method used in this scientific work is a descriptive analysis method through literature study and observation. It can be concluded that the procedures for handling letters is the main means of written communication carried out as a form of implementation as well as the authority of correspondence within the company to run consistently. To be able to run more optimally requires responsibility and adherence to existing rules for effective and efficient work. Keywords: Letter Handling Procedures, Letter.
