Abstract
NURSAFITRI, The Influence Of Musharakah And Murabahah Financing On The Profitability Of Sharia Rural Banking In Indonesia 2017-2018. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2020. This study aims to analyze the effect of musyarakah and murabahah financing on the profitability of the Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) in 2017-2018. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of secondary data obtained using documentation techniques through corporate financial reports with a total sample of 83 SRBs processed using analysis requirements test, classical assumption test, multiple regression equation test, and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis test results show that partially musyarakah financing has no effect on profitability. Murabahah financing has a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, simultaneously musyarakah and murabahah financing has no significant effect on profitability with the novelty of the research, namely all BPRS which are spread across the island of Java, Indonesia. Murabahah financing is one of the factors that affect profitability. Meanwhile, musyarakah financing is not one of the factors that affect profitability. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the strategy carried out by BPRS to increase profitability so that it can improve the management of its productive assets, especially murabahah and musyarakah financing, considering that these financing products occupy a large portion, indicating that financing activities are not maximal in generating profitability. because the growth in profitability of a company can describe whether a bank is healthy or not and a picture of bank stability in the coming year. Keywords: Financing, Musyarakah, Murabahah, Profitability, Return on Assets (ROA), Islamic Banking
