Abstract

MUHAMAD MUSA SASTRAPRADJA. The Influence Of Learning Motivation And Learning Discipline On Learning Achievement Students Of PGRI 3 Bogor. Business Education Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2021. According to several studies, the ranking of Indonesian education is low. Several factors can cause this situation, such as motivation and learning discipline from students. This study aims to analyze how much influence between learning motivation and learning discipline on learning achievement in students of SMK PGRI 3 Bogor. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 250 students. The sample selection of 123 students was based on purposive sampling calculation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of R Square (R2) of 0.582, this indicates that the influence of the independent variable, namely learning motivation (X1) and the dependent variable, namely learning achievement (Y), is 58.2%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of R Square (R2) of 0.621, this indicates that the influence of the independent variable, namely learning discipline (X2) and the dependent variable, namely learning achievement (Y), is 62.1%. While the effect of the two independent variables, namely learning motivation (X1) and learning discipline (X2) on learning achievement (Y), was 0.737, which means that the influence of learning motivation and learning discipline variables on learning achievement was 73.7%. In addition to the influence of motivation and learning discipline, there are other factors that affect learning achievement.
