Abstract

MUHAMMAD MIURA. Relationship Between Product Quality and Service Quality with Purchasing Decision Aneka Buana Supermarkets In RW 001 Village Cireundeu Subdistrict Ciputat Timur Subdistrict In South Tangerang. Thesis, Jakarta, Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This research was conducted at RW 001 Cireundeu Urban Village, East Ciputat Subdistrict in South Tangerang, for four months since March 2017 until June 2017. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between product quality with purchase decision and relationship between service quality with Various buying decision Buana Self-Service On Residents RW 001 Cirendeu Urban Village East Ciputat in South Tangerang. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study were all residents of RW 001 Cirendeu Urban Village of East Ciputat in South Tangerang who made a purchase in Aneka Buana Swalayan. The population is RT 002 RW 001 East Ciputat Subdistrict of East Ciputat Subdistrict in South Tangerang as many as 105 people. The sampling technique used is a simple random technique of 105 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 30,10 + 0,728X1 and Ŷ = 31,43 + 0,7912X2. The test of the analysis requirement is the normality test of regression estimation of Y over X with the Lilliefors test yield Lcount = 0.0484 for Y over X1 and Lcount = 0,0829 for Y over X2, while Ltable for n = 105 at significant level 0.05 is 0 , 0856. Since Lcount <Ltable then the estimated error of Y over X1 and Y over X2 is normally distributed. The regression linearity test yields Fcount <Ftable that is, 0.83 <1.65 for X1 and 0.91 <1.70 for X2 so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. From regression significance test yield Fcount> Ftable that is, 91,69> 3,91 for X1 and 51,71 <3,91 for X2, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Coefficient of product moment correlation from Pearson resulted in rxy = 0,0686 for X1 and rxy = 0,0578 for X2, then tested significance correlation coefficient by using t test and produced tcount = 9,575 for X1 and tct = 7,191 for X2 and ttable = 1,66 Thus, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.686 for X1 and rxy = 0.578 for X2 is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination obtained equal to 47,09% which indicate that 47,09% variable purchase decision determined by product quality and 33,42% showing that 33.42% variable purchase decision is determined by the quality of service.
