Abstract
ABSTRACT ANISSA ZAINURIA. Relationship Between Job Insecurity (Job Insecurity) With On Employee Job Performance PT. Nakia Dwipradita Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program. Concentration of Educational Administration. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between job insecurity (job insecurity) with the performance of the employees of PT. Nakia Dwipradita Jakarta. This study was conducted for two months starting in May and ending in June 2013. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach, with proportional random sampling technique. The population was employees of 5 parts in PT. Nakia Dwipradita totaling 80 employees and as many as 65 samples taken by respondents with 95% confidence level and an error rate of 5% of the population. Y variable data (Job Performance) is a secondary data, obtained from data provided by the company based on Job Performance Assessment, while the X variable data (Job Insecurity), obtained using an instrument shaped models Likert scale questionnaire. Before use, test the construct validity (construct validity) through the calibration process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. Result reliability of the instrument variable X (Job Insecurity) of 0.865. Test requirements analysis is done by looking for the derived regression equation Y = 93.07-0.232 X. Furthermore normality test using the test and obtained Liliefors Lhitung = 0.096 and the significance level of 0.05 L tabel = 0.109, then Lhitung < L tabel . This means that the estimated error of regression Y on X is normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression F value = 29.54> F = 3.96. This proves that the regression result Fhitung = 0.78 <F table = 1.82, this means that the regression equation used is linear. Product moment correlation coefficient test result of -0.565 rxy. Then proceed with the coefficient significance test using the t test. The result is t = -5.43, df = while ttable on n-2 = 63 and a significance level of 0.05 is 1.67, meaning t hitung > t tabel . To test the coefficient of determination (KD) produces rxy2 of 31.92%. This shows the variation of 31.92% variable Y (Job Performance) is determined by the variable X (Job Insecurity). Conclusions derived from this study is that there is a negative and significant relationship between Job Insecurity (job insecurity) with Job Performance to OPM.
