Abstract

ABSTRACT DWI HARIYANTI, The Correlation Between Job Satisfaction with Productivity On Employees At PT.NINDYA KARYA (Persero) , Jakarta, Thesis, Jakarta : Concentrations of Education Administrative Offices, Educational Studies Program in Economics, Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty Of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2013 The aim of this research is to find posibility a positive correlation between Job Satisfaction with Productivity on employess at PT.NINDYA KARYA (Persero). The periode of the research was three months, since October 2012 until Desember 2012. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population research was all of employer eith total 128 employees,while the reach of the population research was all staff production with total 75 employees, with 40 employees for sampling. The sampling technique was the simple random sampling. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Y= 63,72+0,510 X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable X is normal distributed. It is proved by the caculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (a) = 0,05 that indicates Lcounted (4,96) < Ltable (1,68). At the hypotesis test the significant and linier regression test are using variance analysis table ( ANAVA). The result of the significant regression test indicates F counted (24,61) > Ftabel (4,10). It state the formula of regression issignificant. The result of linear regression test indicates Fcounted (1,09) < Ftable (2,54). It state the regression model is linear. The coefficient of correlation counted by product moment formula by pearson indicates r xy = 0,627. While the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcounted = 4,96 and ttable = 1,68. Because the result shows tcounted > ttable the research indicates there is a significant correlation betwen Job Satisfaction with work productivity at PT.NINDYA KARYA (Persero). The counted of determination coefficient test indicates 39,31% the variance of variable Y (Productivity) is detemination by variable X (Satisfaction). The conclusion of resarch shown that a positive correlation between Satisfaction with work Productivity at PT. NINDYA KARYA (Persero).
