Abstract

ABSTRACT FATTY HARY DHARMAWANTY, Correlation Between Work Culture With Commitment Organizational At Employees PT Era Fista Indah, Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Study Program Education of Economic, Economic and Administration Department, Faculty Of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlation Between Work Culture with Commitment Organizational at Employees PT Erafista indah Jakarta. The research has been done for 3 month since December until January 2013. Research method using survey method with correlation approach, while the data was got from instrument to employees at PT. Erafista indah Jakarta with the reach of populations were with total 65 employees, with 55 employees for sampling. Variable Y (commitment Organization) and variable X (Work Culture) is primary data by using admission filling instrument research by scale form Likert. For research instrument are conducted validity test construct pass by process validation that is calculation of score correlation coefficient item with total score and test reliability with formula Alpha Cronbach. Result of variable validity test Y produced from 30 statements item 5 drop and 25 valid by value reliabilities as high as 0,936. And result of variable validity test X produced from 33 statements item 5 drop and 28 valid by value reliabilities as high as 0,933. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 50,56 + 0,464X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is Lhitung = 0.062 in significant level 0,05 and Ltabel = 0,119, so Lcount < Ltabel . This is mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is Fcount = (25,15) > Ftabel = (4,03), Showing that, it has significant regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (0,88) < Ftabel (1,98), showing that regression is linear. The result of Product Moment of correlations coefficient test, is rxy = 0,567. Continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount = (5,02). while t table = 1,67) and so, tcount >t table. It means that there are significance and positive relations between internal commitmen Organization with work culture. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 32,19%, mean that work motivation variable determinate by 32,19% commitment organizational variable. The conclusion shown that research have positive relations between commitment organizational with work culture at Employees PT Erafista Indah Jakarta
