Abstract

ABSTRACT Irma Savitri. Correlation between Commitment Organization with Performance of Employee’s PT Wahyu Abadi Pulogadung. Script, Jakarta : Concentration of Office Administration, Study Program of Economic Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the Correlation Between Commitment Organization With Performance Employee’s. The research healed at PT Wahyu Abadi Pulogadung for two months since August until September, 2012. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees with total 90 employees, while the reach of populations were permanent employee with total 61 employees and 55 employees for samples with random proportional technique (proportional random sampling) . To collect data for two variables, the instrument that were used for variable X (commitment organization) is questionnaire and for variable Y (performance) was taken from PT Wahyu Abadi Pulogadung. Data analysis technique is begun with look for simple regression similarity and got regression similarity Y = 163,40 + 0,897X. After that, data normally test by using Liliefors and the result is Lcount = 0,097 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,119, so Lcount < Ltable . It means that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is Fcount (14,75) > Ftable (4,03). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (1,90) < F table (2,25), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient test,is r xy = 0,467 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with ttest. Counting result, tcount = 3,84 while ttable = 1,68 because tcount > ttable from result so researcher can conclude that found significance correlations between commitment organization with performance employee’s. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 21,78%, it means that Commitment Organization variable determined by 21,78%, Performance Employee’s variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive and significance correlations between Commitment Organization with Performance Employee’s.
