Abstract

ABSTRACT SYAMSUL BAHRI. Relationship Between Discipline Learning With Class XI Student Achievement in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Education and Office Administration, Economic Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, State University of Jakarta. 2013 This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the Student Disciplinary Learning Achievement. This research was conducted on 40 students of class XI SMK East Jakarta at Jalan Nanas 2 North Utan Kayu, East Jakarta conducted from May to June in 2013. This study uses correlational approach. The population was 40 Jakarta seuruh vocational students totaling 543 students. Affordable in this study population were students of class XI SMK 40 Jakarta as many as 180 students and 118 samples taken randomly engineering students with proportional (proportional random sampling) Data variables X and Y in this study are primary and secondary data. To collect data using the X variable shaped questionnaire research instruments Likert scale models on variable X (Disciplinary Learning). Before use, test validita through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and test reliability. While variavel Y (Achievement) is obtained from the average value contained in or rekapan Leger value of report cards even semerter class XI in the 2012-2013 school year. Test requirements analysis is used to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 41.7191 + 0.422 X. Liliefors normality test results produced while Ltabel Lhitung = 0.054 for n = 80 at significance level of 0.05 is 0.076 for Lhitung <Ltabel the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces Fcount (51.76)> F (1,91) which means that the regression equation significantly. Linearity regression test produces Fcount (1,30) <F table (1.65) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient test result rxy = 0.555. T-test is then performed, yielding t (7,19)> t table (1,66). Based on the results of these studies concluded that there is a relationship between service quality and student satisfaction. The coefficient of determination or the determinant test results obtained 20.85% Based on the results of these studies concluded that the artifacts relationship with the discipline of learning achievement in grade XI SMK 40.
