Abstract
ABSTRACT Renza rovi, 8115067546, Effect of Self efficacy and Organizational commitment to the Performance of Employee PT Masaji Tatanan Container (MTCON), Thesis, State University of Jakarta, Department of Education Office Administration. Jakarta. The research goal is to determine the effect self efficacy and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously with the performance of employee at PT Masaji Tatanan Container (MTCON) repair and Maintenance Division. Research method uses quantitative and qualitative employee population on repare and maintenance division, with a sample size 79 people at random, using data analysis techniques of correlation and regression, and hypothesis testing. From the result of partial test the first hypothesis; self efficacy with 0.669 correlation thus there is a strong positive relationship between variables, the test results of regression equation Y = 9.010 + 0.583X1 thus the value of the variable performance of 9.010 pure while the contribution of self efficacy variables 9.010 visible results of hypothesis tcount 7,906> ttable 1.960 the (Ha) is accepted where ρ=0,000 < a=0,05 then the self efficacy variable was significant to performance. In the second hypotesis; organizational commitment 0,641 correlation value thus there is a strong positive relationship between variables with the value of the regression equation Y=2.895+0.300X thus the value of the pure performance of 2895 where the value variable contriution 0.030, tcount 7,325 > ttable 1,960 hypotesis test result then (Ha) is accepted by ρ=0,004 < a=0,05 organizational commitment variable was significant to the variable performance. Hypotesis test result simultaneously with 0,759 correlation so that there is a very strong positive relationship between the variables with the reggresion equation Y=0.432 + 0.407X1 + 0,193X2 thus pure value of 0,432 variable performance while contributing variable self efficacy 0,407 for organizartional commitment variable is 0.193 thus self efficacy has a greater contribution than organizational commitment. Hypostesis test result Fhitung 51,785 > Ftabel 3,15 the (Ha) is accepted by ρ=0,000<a=0,05 then the independent variable (self efficacy and organizational commitment) simultaneously significant positive effect on performance to employee.
