Abstract

ABSTRACT DIAH RAHMAWATI. 8105100305. The Influence Of Compensation And Organizational Culture On Work Motivation Of Tutor Teachers (Case Study At The Institute Of Tutoring Education Salemba UI Branch Cibubur East Jakarta). Script, Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2017 This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between compensation and organizational culture on the motivation of tutor work at the institution of learning guidance education Salemba UI Branch Cibubur. This research was conducted for two months starting from September and October 2016. This research method used survey research with correlational approach. Population in this research is all tutor of institution of learning education Salemba UI branch of Cibubur amount 80 people. The sampling technique used is a random technique proportional, so the sample of this study amounted to 65 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data on work motivation (Y), compensation (X1), and organizational culture (X2) were obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of analysis requirement consist of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of f-test and t-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial influence between compensation with work motivation. Organizational culture is partially influenced on work motivation. Compensation and organizational culture simultaneously affect the motivation of work. Based on determination coefficient test compensation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) influence to work motivation. Key Words: Work Motivation, Compensation, and Organizational Culture
