Abstract
ABSTRACT SEPTIAN FACHRI ICHSANI. Effect of Compensation and Job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment Against employees Employees Cooperative Bumiputera 1912 in South Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta. Economic Education Cooperative Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted in the Cooperative Employees Bumiputera 1912, for two months from August 2016 to September 2016. The method used in this research was ex-post facto method with a correlation approach. Ex-post facto research is research that aims find the possible cause changes in behavior, symptoms or phenomena caused by an event, behavior or things that cause changes in the independent variables as a whole is already happening. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation to the organization's commitment to employee cooperatives bumiputera employees in 1912 in southern Jakarta and job satisfaction on organizational commitment on employee cooperative bumiputera employees in 1912 in southern Jakarta. The population in this study are all members that are within the scope of cooperative organizations Employees Bumiputera 1912 covering the areas of savings and loans, outsourcing, administrative and store business in each section as well as employees that as many as 123 people with a reasonable population of 95 employees. The sampling technique used is the technique of random sampling (simple random sampling technique). This technique is used with the consideration that the entire population has the same chance and opportunity to be selected and sampled, while the data processing is done analyzing the path (path analysis). The coefficient of determination obtained for 62.1% of the variation of organizational commitment (Y) is determined by the compensation and job satisfaction (variable X), while 37.9% of the variation of organizational commitment is determined by other factors. The results of calculations concludes there are significant compensation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees in 1912 bumiputera employee cooperatives.
