Abstract
ABSTRACT NOVA ARIFANI. The Relationship between Burnout with Organizational Commitment on Anna Hospital’s Nurses. Script, Jakarta: Office Administration Educational Program, Departement of Economics, State University of Jakarta, May 2017. This studi aims to determine whether there is a relationship between burnout with organizational commitment on Anna Hospital’s Nurses. This research was conducted for three months starting on March 2017 until May 2017. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all the nurses of Anna Hospital,with reached population is all the nurses in main building of Anna Hospital which amounts 113 nurses. According to the table and sample population with a level of misunderstanding 5% then obtained a sampel of 84 nurses using proportional random sampling based on job unit. X variable data on burnout and Y variable data on organizational commitment is the primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Test requirements analysis done to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 115,16-0,367X. Normality test result liliefors produce
