Abstract

ABSTRACT NABHELLA NURDIYANTI. Correlation Between Role Clarity With Organizational Commitment On Employee In Pt. Sanghiang Perkasa Of Bekasi. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Education Administrative Offices, Educational Studies Program Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University ofJakarta, 2012. This study aims to get an overviewb based on valid data or facts (valid), to determine the relationship between Role Clarty with Organizational Commitment on employee PT. Sanghiang Perkasa of Bekasi. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sanghiang Perkasa. Inaccessible population are all employees of PT Sanghiang Perkasa Warehouse Department, amounting to 75 people and the samples used were 63 people. This research method used in this study is correlational approach while the survey with the data obtained from instruments that are distributed to the employee. Calculation of product moment correlation produce r = 0,530. In addition, the test results obtained coefficient of determination of 28.07%. it can be concluded thet 28.07% variation in organizational commitment is determined by clarity of roles and the rest is determined by other factors. Hitung The results of these studies concluded that there is positive relationship between Role Clarty with Organizational Commitment on employee PT. Sanghiang Perkasa of Bekasi.
