Abstract

ABSTRACT Saeful Amir. 8105132116. The Effect Of Career Development And Organizational Commitment Toward To Job Satisfaction On Employee PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Economics, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between Career development and organizational commitment on job satisfaction in the subject at PT Pos Indonesia (persero) Bekasi. Population in this research is employees of business area amounting to 105. So that got the amount of research sample counted 78 responden. Data collection techniques used survey techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis technique is done by processing SPSS data. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between career development and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of F count 64.130> F table value 3.12. Then it is known there is a partial influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 2.073> value t tabel 1.992. Career development and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the job satisfaction, it is seen from the results of data showing the value of t hitung 64.130> ttable value of 3.12. The regression equation obtained is Y = 20.047 + 0.194X1 + 0.661X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value of R2 0.631which means career development (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) affect work satisfaction (Y) of 63.1%. (2) There is influence of organizational commitment to job satisfaction, (2) There is influence of career development and organizational commitment to job satisfaction at employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi. Then suggested the company should be able to pay attention to things - things that affect employee satisfaction to improve employee job satisfaction.
