Abstract

ABSTRACT SHINTIA DEWI PUTRI 8105132224. The Influence Of Achievement Motivation And Learning Independence Toward Learning Outcome On Vocational High Students Of 50 Jakarta. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Departement Of Economy And Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between achievement motivation and independent learning on learning outcomes in the subject English at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta Timur. This research was carried out for three months, starting in May 2017 to April 2017. This research used survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of SMKN 50 Jakarta totaling 632 students. The population of inaccessibility is the class X totaling 212 students. Technique of sampling using purposive technique, so got the number of research sample counted 60 taken on the basis of outstanding students who ranked in the top 10 in the class. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result of English subjects even semester. Then the data of achievement motivation (X1) and independent learning (X2) Obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the achievement motivation and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 2,991 > value ttabel 2,002. Then there is a partial influence between independent learning and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 4,679 > ttable value 2,002. Achievement motivation and independent learning simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 15,364 >Ftabel value of 3.16. The regression equation obtained is Y = 22,308 + 0,268 X1 + 0,429 X2 . Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0.350 which means achievement motivation (X1) and independent learning (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 35%.
