Abstract

ABSTRACT UJANG INUAR. Influence of Knowledge Cooperation and Quality of Service to Member Participation In Sekretariatan General Employees Cooperative DPR-RI on road Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta. Education Studies of Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017. This study aims to determine the effect on cooperatives knowledge and quality of service to the participation of members on Employee Cooperative Sekretariatan General of the DPR-RI on road Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta. This study uses ex post facto with the correlational approach. Observations of Employees Cooperative Sekretariatan General of the DPR-RI on road Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta is done through the census. Collecting data using interview and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on analysis of the data shows there is positive knowledge of cooperatives on the participation of members of the results tcount (8.533)> t table (1.661), there is a positive influence on the quality of services with the participation of members with the results of tcount (7.280)> t table (1.661), and there are positive influence between the influence knowledge of cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members with the results of F (14.677)> F table (3.10). Variations influence of two independent variables can be determined based on the R2 value of 0.246. So that 24.6% of the variation influence of knowledge on cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members and the rest influenced by other factors outside the research model. Simultaneously the relationship between variables influence of knowledge on cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members is stronger at 0.496.
