Abstract
ABSTRACT Evie Mardiyanti Sinaga. The influence motivation cooperative and quality of service to the participation members in cooperative employees in Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) East Jakarta : Economic Education Program. Concentration Economic and Cooperative Education. Department of Administrative and Economics. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta 2015. This research aim to describe how much influence of motivation cooperative and quality of cooperation service to the member participation. This research have been executed during 5 month, started from July 2015 until December 2015. This research used descriptive method with multiple linier regression. Population in this research is member in cooperation employees of BKN in East Jakarta. Data of Variable Y is member participation, data of variable X1 is motivation cooperative and data of variable X2 is quality of cooperation service to member participation. . Test requirements analysis used multiple linear regression with the result Y = 19,065 + 0,569X1 + 0.353X2. Test of normality use the normal graph of pp-plot with the result data is normal. Heteroscedasticity test using a scatter plot graph and Glesjer Test method with t-test results that are not significant or significant value of more than 0.05 (p> 0:05). Multikoliniearitas test results can be seen from the VIF value of 1,158 so it can be concluded nonmulticollinearity. The results of this study concluded that there is a positive influence between motivation cooperative and the quality of service to cooperative member participation. Result of calculation the coefficient of determination or the determinant obtained results 0.472. This means that the motivation cooperative and the quality of services contributed 47,2% to the participation of members of the cooperative.
