Abstract

ABSTRACT Presty Natalia. The Different Job Satisfaction Between Enlargement Employees And Unenlargement Employees At PT Plymilindo Perdana. Script, Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic. Concentration of Office Administration. Economics and Administration Department, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the different job satisfaction between enlargement employees and unenlargement employees. The duration of this research is three month since September until November 2011. The method of research is survey method with comparative causal approach. The research population are employees PT Plymilindo Perdana Division HRD, GA, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Accounting with total 60 employees. Sampling method using Simple Random Sampling technic. Research sampling are 51 employees with composition 31 employees and 20 employees. Collecting job satisfaction data using instrument likert scale. Before that it has validity test and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability result is 0.869. Data analysis technic using t-test, data normality test by using liliefors formula, and data homogeneity test with F-test. Data normality result for X variable is L count (Lo) = 0.1532, and L (Lt) for n = 31 in significant level 0.05 is 0.1591, so Lo (0.1532) < Lt (0.1591) mean X table has normal distribution. Data normality result for X 2 variable is L count 1 (Lo) = 0.1832, and L (Lt) for n = 20 in significant level 0.05 is 0.1900, so Lo (0.1832) < Lt (0.1900) mean X table has normal distribution. Homogeneity test result is F t (table) = 2.07 and F o (count) = 1.06 so F (count) < F (table). It is mean data have homogen varians. Next research is doing t-test result, t t count = 2.12, and t = 2.02 so t hitung > t table. The conclusion shown that research have the different job satisfaction between enlargement employees and unenlargement employees.
