Abstract

NOVMIAH JAYANTI. The Influence Of Students’ Motivation and Family Environment In Learning Outcomes of Accounting Students Of Class X Accounting Smk Negeri 47 Jakarta of Academic Year 2015/2016. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research purpose is to find out the influence of study motivation and family environment in learning outcomes of accounting students of Class X Accounting SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with correlational approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 108 students with a sample of 84 students of X accounting class in SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between students motivation in learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count greater than 1,989. Meanwhile, the partial use of family environment are affected by learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 5,774 t greater than 1,989. Simultaneously there is students motivation and family environment on learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data table analysis showed F count value of 24,104 is greater than the value of 3.11 F . There was a significant positive influence of students motivation and family environment to learning outcomes of students on the subjects of accounting introduction with R for 0,611 and determination coefisien for (R) 2 was 37,3%. To increase the motivation of studying, srudent have to be more intelegent when do the tasks with group. In that group, student can use their gadget to help the process. For example, by online discussion and finding the material. To increase family environment, student have to makes good relationship among family and get closer by understanding one each other.
