Abstract

NURHIDAYAT. The Influence of Time Management in Learning and Interest in Learning on Learning Outcomes of Introductory Accounting Class X SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Accounting Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University Of Jakarta, 2016 This research aims to determine whether there is influence between time management in learning and interest in learning on learning outcomes of Introductory Accounting. This research takes place in SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. The research method that used is ex post facto method with correlation approach. The population is all students of SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta and affordable population is class X students of accounting and class X students of office administration which amount 140 students. The sampling technique that used in this research is propotional random sampling and determined with formula from Isaac and Michael with standard error 5%. The sample of this reaserch is 100 students. The sample data for independent variable use the technique of questionnaires. Technique of data analysis use IBM SPSS Statistic 22 begins with the requirements analysis test. Normality test with one-sample kolmogorov-smirnov test find 0.200 for three variables. While using the liliefors test find 0.200 for learning outcomes, 0.167 for time managements, and 0.200 for interest in learning which were more than the significance level of 0.05. Linearity test results of X 1 with Y and X 2 with Y is 0.000. Both of them are less than 0.05 and it can be concluded that X 1 with Y and X 2 with Y have a linear relationship. The regression equation obtained was Ϋ=11.187+0.528X 1 +0.305X 2 . The test hypothesis for F test in the ANOVA table produces F count (23.648) > F table (3.092). It means that X 1 and X 2 jointly associated with Y. t test produces t count of X 1 (3.006) > t table (1.985) and t count (2.429) > t table (1.985). It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between Time Management in Learning and Interest in Learning on Learning Outcomes with the results of the multiple correlation coefficient 0.573, which means the research hypothesis is accepted, and subsequently known coefficient of determination (R ) is 32.8%
