Abstract

SUAIBATUL ISLAMIAH. The Correlation between Computer Anxiety and Computer Self-effficacy in Subject Computer of Accounting (MYOB) on Class XI Accounting in SMK Negeri 11 West Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Consentration in Accounting Education, Study Program of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2016. This research aims to determine the correlation between Computer Anxiety with Computer Self-effficacy in Subject Computer Accounting (MYOB) on Class XI Accounting in SMK Negeri 11 West Jakarta by using empirical data and facts are valid and reliable. The research method used is survey method. The population was all class X, XI, and XII Accounting and affordable population was all class XI Accounting students which amounts to 70 students. The samle used as many as 58 students by using proportional random sampling. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample that has been determined. Score of computer anxiety and computer self-efficacy obtained by administering a questionnaire with Likert type scale. Regression equation in this research is Ῡ = 147,71 – 0,59 X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors. L count (0,0603) < L table (0,1163) It mean the data are normally distributed. On the liniearity the regression test we got the result F count (0,21) < F table (1,96) which can be conclude that the regression model is linear. As for the meaningful test obtained F count (84,68) > F table (4,01), indicating that the regression equation means. The test result by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained r xy = -0,776. This means there is a negative relationship between computer anxiety and computer sef-efficacy of students of class XI Accounting on SMK Negeri 11 Jakarta. From the t-test calculations obtained t count (-9,20) < t table (2,00) indicating a significant relationship between computer anxiety and computer self-efficacy. From the calculation result obtained 60,19% coefficient of determination so it can be said that the variable computer self-efficacy is determined by the variable computer anxiety of 60,19%. This research conclude that there is negative and significant relationship between computer anxiety with computer self-efficacy that mean hypothesis received.
