Abstract

Agustine Herlina Rizkimaputri, 2017; The Effect of Net Working Capital, Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure, and Short Term Debt Towards Cash Holding on Property and Real Estate Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2011-2015 period. Thesis, Jakarta: Financial Management Concentration, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the effects of net working capital, cash conversion cycle, capital expenditure, dan short term debt toward cash holding on property and real estate corporations in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2011-2015 period. Data used on this research is annual reports for 34 property and real estate corporations.The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique, that is the determination of samples that meet certain criteria in property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2011-2015. Methods of data analysis using panel data regression analysis with Random Effect Model. The results showed that the net working capital and short-term debt and significant positive effect toward cash holding, the cash conversion cycle variable have negative and significant effect toward cash holding, while the variable capital does not have a significant effect toward cash holding.
