Abstract
AISYAH NAJIYAH, 2017; The Influence of Democratics Leadership Styles and Internal Communication Toward Work Effectiveness of PT “X”. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine how the image of Democratics Leadership Styles, Internal Communication and Work Effectiveness in PT “X”; 2) To determine whether the Influence of Democratics Leadership Styles toward Work Effectivenessin PT. “X”; 3) To determine whether the Influence of Internal Communication toward Work Effectiveness in PT “X”; 4) To determine whether Democratics Leadership Styles and Internal Communication can be predict to increased of Work Effectivenessin PT “X”. The study population were employees of production team that is foreman and operators in PT “X” . Data collection technique used method of disseminating survey questionnaire and the results processed by IBM SPSS Statistics program version 23. This study used a descriptive and explanatory research. Results of regression analysis showed that There is a positive and significant Influence of Democratics Leadership Styles toward Work Effectiveness in PT “X”. Next, there is a positive and significant Influence of Internal Communication toward Work Effectivenessin PT “X”. And then, Democratics Leadership Styles and Internal Communication can used to be predict to increased of Work Effectiveness in PT “X”.
