Abstract

FATIMAH FATIHATUSHSHALIHAH. The difference of learning motivation which used cooperative learning type TGT (Teams Games Tournament) and type NHT (Numbered Heads Together) on student grade X Accounting SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2015. The purpose of this study was to know whether there is difference of learning motivation between students who used cooperative learning type TGT and type NHT on accounting subject in state of vocational school. This research was conducted in one month, starting on April 2015. The method of the research is experimental. There are 66 students which become the sample population of the research and the sample used by tables Isaac Michael is 58 students. The experimental class consist of 30 students which are from X Accounting 1 and 28 controlled students are from X Accounting 2. The sample used in the research is determined by simple random sampling. Data obtained using an instrument is a form of questionnaire with likert scale for the variable X (Learning Motivation). There are the variable X of 40 statements, a valid statement as many as 31 items are valid and 9 items are drop. Then reliability process using cronbach alpha formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0,855. This proves that the instrument is valid and reliable. The results of the normality of the data for the variable X1 and X2 generating L value (Lo) < L table (Lt). It means that the data were normally distributed variable X1 and X2. The results of homogeneity test data is F value < F table . It means that both the data have a homogeneous variance. Then test the difference between two average count obtained t value 3,64 and t table is 1,67 then t value > t table . The results of these calculations can provide the conclusions of this study that there is a difference in learning motivation between students who used the cooperative learning type TGT and type NHT.
